The PGA of Canada Atlantic is thrilled to announce the 2024 Scholarship Program. It's goal is to encourage and promote the pursuit of higher education for Members, Apprentice Professionals, and immediate family members of PGA of Canada Atlantic Members. The Scholarship Program was founded to assist students with the cost of secondary education tuition, room/board, and/or books.
The current scholarship is open to:
1. PGA of Canada Atlantic Members, Apprentice Professionals, Sons/Daughters, Grandchildren and Spouses of PGA of Canada Atlantic Members (alive or deceased).
- The applicant must be currently enrolled full-time in a University or College Program or in the in final year of High School, and will attend full-time University or College studies within six months.
- Applicants to demonstrate a high-level of academic standing and participation in extracurricular or community activities.
2. PGA of Canada Atlantic Members and Apprentice Professionals who are engaged or will be engaged in a full-time formal education program that will advance the applicants standing within the profession.
- The applicant must have demonstrated a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism within the golf community and can provide concise documentation including references and recommendations of his/her abilities as a leader or prospect of being a leader in promoting the game within their community.
